This Congress and Administration have made no bones whatsoever about their willingness (nay, their audacity) to openly operate outside the bounds of the Constitution. So much for "checks and balances," when the 3 branches are in collusion to subvert the Law of the Land. It’s not a matter of their not knowing whether or not it will work – it’s a matter of their knowing it will NOT work and doing all they can to hide that fact from those of us footing the bill so they can line their own pockets.
