It is not saying they are going to lose money, just making sure our public schools are the ones that are going to receive the majority of this. Also, it does not bar a religious based school from receiveing the funds, it is vague enough where many should be able to get through anyway. I also love how the other 3 comments actually don't say anything substantive, just childish accusations without a base in truth. But this is why you lost;) You have no udnerstanding of what socialism is, if you did you wouldn't throw the word around like a drug addicted radio talk show host. Pop another oxycontin and chill out why the rest of us try to fix the mess we were left.
