I agree, where is the leadership in the Republican party? DeMint? We have some with potential but they don't hold the line all the time and when they should. Too much caving.

Are you going the way of Parker and Noonan? You seem to buy everything that MSNBC and kos say. OK the Republican Party is lost in the wilderness and not all of them agree with you. But by attacking Rush you're just taking your attention off the real harm being done to America. I think you fell for Obama's head fake.

The reason your argument is flawed, is that his audience is exactly the same radical right the the left talks about. Those are the people who enjoy his divisive rhetoric. It's that same group who joined him in ridiculing a sitting Republican President! He is the voice of a fractured party, and represents only one side of that party. ALL of the polling from the electorate showed that just a little more than half of the votes McCain got were from "conservatives." THAT is the Rush crowd! Their doom and gloom fear-monger attitudes have put them in the "who really cares" corner of this great Country. President Obama did a GOOD thing by letting the REAL elected Republicans know that Rush and his radical buddies are done being influential in Washington. By "calling him out" he has reminded Americans that there are still hate speaking radicals out there who want to destroy the visions of this President and his supporters.

Hey Warner, now as ever Rush is the voice of Rush. Unless you're commiotted to letting Obama define the terms of the discussion, this is a nonissue.
