One would think this reasonable in Google&#039;s defense of their censorship, however there is already precedent that this is not the case.  Recall the Arizona photographer who refused to be hired to photograph a same sex wedding ceremony.  The couple sued him and he has thus far been ordered, I believe, to pay them $6,000 in damages.  His actions were considered discriminatory against their sexual preference.

This, legally, MUST be a two-way street.  The minority view, in this case the pro-gay marriage view, cannot be the only view subject to discrimination from a legal standpoint.  The majority view, if censored, must also be subject to anti-discrimination laws.

In that respect Google is walking a very fine line should a lawsuit be brought against them.</description>
