However, I am certain Obama would have pardoned them anyway. No one seems to care about the rule of law anymore. Obama does not have to prove he is a citizen like John McCain did, Acorn can commit voter fraud and get away with it, voter intimidation is acceptable, our incoming president thinks it is OK to kill babies in their final trimester and those who refuse to die because of botched abortions, Dem after Dem is caught in scandals- all are given a free pass. It is apparent that the majority of the American people don't care about the law and the Constitution and neither does the judiciary.
