Unfortunately, he perpetuates the false hope of reformation. That which is perfected[5:3]can only be defiled, not improved. Allah's word can not be changed[6:115]. It has gone 1398 years without reforming, and it ain't going to reform at this late date. It is what it is: pure evil, by design. If you want to understand what is going on in the world, read Surahs 8,9,48 & 61. You can find them in the Compendium of Islamic Texts at USC-MSA.
