Iraqi Journalist Throws Shoes at Bush

Posted on December 14, 2008

The left are sure to get a kick out of this, but I must say ol’ Bush’s reflexes are pretty good. If only he could have caught the second one, though Maliki does go for the block. The journalist said, here is a farewell kiss you dog and threw his shoes at Bush. Fun stuff! Good to know how much he is appreciated for their liberation over there. What was it he said about being greeted as liberators with parades and open arms?

Some do appreciate peace and democracy!

    Look I hate Bush.

For many things especially how he just might have destroyed the Republican party. He is the worse US President in history.

But the Left has shown him such disrespect. They have broken all the rules on how a president should be treated just because the person is a President.

But now I suspect they want all these rules back when their person is in office.

Well, sorry, they were the ones who broke the “rules of engagement”. They set the tone.

This person who won the election got into power through using racial hatred and Chicago thug tactics. He helped a guy in Kenya who’s power tactics resulted in over 1000 deaths. In the US Acorn engaged in the most deliberate and comprehensive effort at voter fraud ever.

He has gotten money from all kinds of shadowy and possibly foreign sources. He has people on his team born in places like Iran. He pals around with terrorists.

And to top it all off there is good evidence to suggest he isn’t even an American citizen. Even discounting the very valid questions regarding his birth certificate, questions have been raised about how he visited Pakistan as he claimed at a time when Pakistan weren’t letting Americans travel there.

So, no, he isn’t my President, in the words of a anti-Bush bumpersticker I saw. And all the tactics they used against Bush is fair game once this Usurper gets in office. He, not al Quada or any external threat is the biggest threat to America.

Oh, as an American this act outrages me.

And it probably would outrage me even if instead of Bush the guy was throwing the shoe at Carter, Clinton, or the Usurper.

No foreigner should be allowed to get away with treating a US President like this.

    Regardless.

  4. Steve L. on December 14th, 2008 7:34 pm

Bush was an idiot to think these people could go straight from Dictatorship to Democracy.

It would have been much better to set up some type of authoritative ruler as a transition state.

I was for the initial invasion but not for the “Nation Building” that followed. This might put me at odds with the kool-aid drinking Republicans who I used to consider friends, but damn it I don’t care.

Bush killed our men needlessly. Sure in all wars, soldiers die, that’s a fact. But Bush put in Rules of Engagement that NEEDLESSLY increased the causality count and that’s the difference. And then he arrests our own heroes on the words of our enemy or for doing what they needed to do to protect themselves.

All Republicans indeed all Americans should forever think of this man with contempt. That’s not to say I support the Usurper because I don’t but neither can I not have contempt for someone like Bush who wrecked our economic system (bailout) who needlessly caused the deaths of our soldiers (with unreasonable rules of engagement and arrests) and the future of our country (with his support of Amnesty).

But as I said above regardless of my hatred for this man you can’t have foreigners show such disrespect for our leader as bad as he is (and as bad as he will be when the Usurper becomes President).

  5. Sally on December 14th, 2008 8:29 pm

It was one guy. And other reporters in the room apologized.

It’s good to see Iraq adopting so many American customs, like an idiotic media. Long live a free Iraq.

  6. Dennis D on December 14th, 2008 8:56 pm

If this idiot ever threw shoes at Saddam Hussein he would have been executed on the spot. Freedom and Democracy enables him to make a fool of himself without retribution.

  7. Angie on December 14th, 2008 9:29 pm

Is it me, or does anyone else see Bush SMILING between shoe #1 and shoe #2?

And he went on later to laugh about it, rightly pointing out that that kind of behavior happens in a free society – so here’s hoping for true Iraqi freedom (let’s just hope they don’t mutilate it as we’ve done in the US).

  9. jim on December 14th, 2008 9:53 pm

How did someone get so close to the president? The man was running down the aisle. He could of had a knife. Where was the Secret Service? This disturbs me as an American. Even though it was W. No one should ever get that close running towards the president of the United States of America!

  10. Carm on December 14th, 2008 10:01 pm

I’m very happy it was only a shoe that was thrown and nothing more. Then the other Iraqi journalist subdued the man who obviously could not contain his anger, which was another plus.

Now with that stated let’s be honest, Mr. President GW Bush admitted in interviews with our own American journalists that no WMD existed and the war in Iraq was a terrible mistake. That’s like me coming to your house and telling you I’m here packed with this gun because one day you may hurt me. Yea I have absolutely no proof, but that’s my gut feeling. Now you must live like me or else … still no … then BANG BANG. Shooting your mother, father, brother, wife, husband, and children. Then saying opps so it wasn’t you that hurt me!? Sorry. But, you know it was worth me coming in because you didn’t act like me anyway. So, let me give you this band-aid so you can rebuild your life.

I don’t want shoes thrown at him either, but I can certainly understand how some might. Too bad it had to happen … the entire situation is just pitiful … from beginning to present. Can’t say end because we will be dealing with this for many years to come.

  12. ED on December 14th, 2008 10:37 pm

I would just like to congratulate our President George Bush on his ninja like reflexes. I appreciate all our president has done for this country. Maybe someday this coward will appreciate the sacrifices our country and President Bush has made for his.

  13. Michelle Rowland on December 14th, 2008 11:15 pm

Um-m-m, who ARE these people responding to this story? Yes, it was a silly gesture and yes, yes, yes, we must wonder what the storied Secret Service was DOing while the President was speaking in a country still at war yet . . . but “the Usurper” to refer to Obama? I had occasion to read that term for the first (and only, so far) time on an ACLU website? ‘Looks as if you have some correspondents hell-bent on retaining the same level of unreasoning antipathy that has become so painful for many of us these past not-quite-8-years.

  14. Glen on December 14th, 2008 11:18 pm

Well, whether you love President Bush, or dislike President Bush, he is still our country’s leader! Respect for the Office of the President should be held as high as we are proud to be an American! This type of behavior is, in my opinion a slap in America’s face, not just President Bush. I hope as American’s we all think this act of disrespect is unacceptable, regardless of who is President! But I must admit, President Bush’s reflexes are GREAT!

  15. TERI on December 14th, 2008 11:44 pm

reply to “look I hate Bush” I too think ur an idiot.were you the one that threw the shoes? Bush made some mistakes but it’s not as though he didn’t step in to some do do before he became President. Since 911 there hasn’t been homeland attacks-what wre we supposed to do, just sit back and say go ahead, hit again? -watch now what will happen in America.
At least appreciate what our troops have acomplished. Why does everyone have to point blame to someone else. It wasn’t all Bush.

  16. Tony L on December 15th, 2008 12:33 am

While it never “should” have happened, I think it is awesome how the president ducked the shoes. The dude has obviously been in a few scuffles. After it was all over, he thought it was funny. I love it.

Something tells me that Obama would be nursing a fat lip right about now if the shoes were coming his way. All the starch would have prevented him from being able to move that fast.

  17. The Machine on December 15th, 2008 12:48 am

I don’t know any Texans who couldn’t dodge a damn size 10 shoe.

    Just sayin’…

  18. Doug on December 15th, 2008 12:50 am

Now with freedom, this reporter without shoes can do this kind of thing, maybe this reporter’s family or friends had been killed by Saddam he would have bought Mr.Bush a new pair of shoes. Some people in this country want us out of there and they will get their wish soon and the results of US pulling out, this reporter shold go after all the people that have killed the woman, children, etc. in this country. So to all the Ungreatfull people in this country ” So Long”

The best I can say to all of you who are so ignorant about the set-up of all of our past ‘terrorism’ is, please watch ‘From Freedom to Fascism’ by Aaron Russo. You can find it online.

Wake up and check out the corruption within our government. They are the biggest terrorists, and we keep letting them lead us around like a herd of cattle going to the slaughterhouse. WAKE UP, America.

  20. Roger on December 15th, 2008 2:54 am

He only had the nerve to do what a lot of other people would love to do. How you can insist on such lies as: ‘..their liberation’ is beyond normal sense.
Of course, who can expect normal sense from people who have ‘beating them with their own hammer and sickle’ as a by-line?
The neo-con, no-liberal fantasy world makes alice in Wonderland look like hard-boiled docudrama.

  21. Dona on December 15th, 2008 2:57 am

Well, this is time to learn that no body is safe even President of United States, the strongest country and leader of world!
I heard a painful questions like” Who like Americans?” Is it because Americans like to help other countries very much? Helping friends but increasing enemies? There is nothing to blame for Bush, Iraqians must blame themselve for whatever happened. Americains didn’t go there on their own, some iraqians begged for help, and then they were hepled.
    Learn America

  22. John on December 15th, 2008 3:11 am

Hey, Steve L it seems as if you like to blow hot air. Look I’m not an american citizen and may not have like some of President Bush’s policies but that does not merit a stupid person like that guy to throw a shoe at any president be it so a US president.
He is lucky this is in Iraq(I don’t know what will happen to him) but if this were to be anywhere in some places in Africa or China, he would not be heard of again.

Respect to a president is a fundamental character every person should develop.Lastly Bush is not an idiot, it is you with your stupid posting who makes your self very idiotic.

  23. AL AN BARI AL KAYUM ALL on December 15th, 2008 3:32 am

This is the most degrading thing i have seen in my life, it clearly shows the Muslim world is extremely angry and vindictive. Every week there is some big incident involving Muslims. The attack on Iraq was a terrorist attack from a country that exports the largest number of WMD’s to poor nations and destroys the future of many young people. Your nation is in big trouble, there is no respect left for you people. Your new govt. is now telling the same garbage lies to whip up hysteria to fight the Taliban, claiming that the terrorists are planning attacks against the west in Pakistan. For God’s sake run away before its not too late, the Muslim giant is waking up, and you pussy rats need to swallow your pride and go back to Disney land and jack off there.

  24. mike on December 15th, 2008 4:26 am

Like Bush,Clinton,or Obama we the people elect them anyone who does that to our pres who a rep of us is showing us what they think of the United States of AMERICA they should and we can and have kicked all their asses and will be delt with.

  25. mike on December 15th, 2008 4:30 am

that was the worst insult you can do to us. Everyone in the world thinks we are weak the time has come to show the world we are not the people to play with!

  26. C. Chase Underwood on December 15th, 2008 4:30 am

  27. Habibi Obaba on December 15th, 2008 4:37 am

“the Muslim giant is waking up”…you mean a bunch of camel jockies who haven’t learned how to wipe their own butts yet? Oh and yeah, don’t worry, it won’t be long before you have your own Disneyland in Dubai!

  28. Doug McKay on December 15th, 2008 4:39 am

Whoa, Where do all these people come from? It is an insult to have shoe thrown at you. You should be proud that you live in America and we have not started a nuclear war over this like the people who live in this region would have. Once again we are the nice guys and those who still live by old testament rules see our niceness as weakness to be exploited.

  29. WMD on December 15th, 2008 4:52 am

bush got the WMD he’s looking for in Iraq, directly from a brave Iraqi.

  30. Erwin Levings on December 15th, 2008 4:53 am

I ask those who stated that no country should be allowed to get away with this kind of behavior, are you suggesting that we invade them?

  31. CT on December 15th, 2008 4:56 am

To AL AN BARI AL KAYUM ALL:

I think you have it just a teensy bit wrong. Just wanted to let you know- not ALL of the Muslim world is mad. I live in a place where most of the city is from Iraq/Iran/Pakistan- and believe it or not, they are pretty darn happy that something is actually being done about their country. Oh, and I do somewhat understand the language, so it is not like they are going to be lying about it when I am around- and no, they dont KNOW that I understand their language!!

Quote: Every week there is some big incident involving Muslims.

Nope, buddy, you are definitely wrong there. Believe it or not, the world is not out to get you…it just happens to be ONE taliban leader that (so far for some stupid reason) we havent been able to find yet. Also, do me a favor. Some of us Americans do realize what a sham the government has been for years, and we have been trying to change it.

Pussy rats? Jacking off in Disney Land? Wow- not only are you amazing, but you are completely idiotic.

I am going to take a wild leap here and say that you are probably one of the so-called taliban who think that if you are a martyr, you will get 72 virgins in paradise. Guess what? As Jeff Dunham said (yes, quoting Dunham of all people)- those virgins you are hoping for? They are all gonna be MEN. Sorry about your luck- try reading your Koran for the actual quote on killing people in the name of religion also. Yep, believe it or not, that also happens to be a no-no.

(On a PS note to everyone else- I was attempting to make a point to the poor sap…and maybe, just maybe, make him think twice regarding what he really ‘believes’.)

  32. Nico Nora on December 15th, 2008 8:17 am

  36. Justice on December 15th, 2008 9:23 am

    Dear all,

Can any one tell me why we went to iraqi war?
Bush says is becuase of WMD(before the war),Now can any one tell me if WMD has been found?,Sincerely speaking every innocent iraqi life lost during the war must be accountable for, before there will be peace.on the contrary, the iraqis would not be responsible for any death of the american soldiers bcos we are the aggressors. For the suicide bombers, every innocent life taken will be accounted for.
    This is my divine stands.

I know every Arab is upset at what is going on in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was just expressing his opinion, it would not have killed Bush, I am surprised there have not been more serious attempts at injuring Bush. He had good intentions over there, but he was wrong about the WMD, he will never admit it and apologize for it. Many innocent Iraqi’s and American soldiers have died. He is an arrogant schmuck and has his own self-interest at heart. He has America in turmoil, the world is feeling the repercussions of what America did over there. I don’t feel safer, and I feel that it is difficult for Arab-Americans like me to get my passport. I am a naturalized citizen.

I felt ashamed for the security network of JW BUSH and all US president to allow such a negative attitude to occure as security lapses to project and protect the president of the universe.Thanked GOD for the professional response of JW Bush, he has done a lot to restore total world peace by pursueing world terrorist against humanity unbehalf of US citizens bill of right. Please americans embrace, promote, develop, educate and love one another as your motto speaks IN GOD WE TRUST.No weapon fashioned against you shall prosper because the bombing of the world trade center and the pentagon on sep 11, was done by world enemies and not JW BUSH. They must be pursued to the fullest means. We in africa say no to terrorist because we have mopping up operation by our own culture to identify them at all times. Long live world peace.

  40. Nelson on December 15th, 2008 10:14 am

to “I wish I had thrown the shoes”, “too bad he missed” and all the other disrespectful ignorants. — have you EVER thought about what REALLY goes on at that level? – Why do you think president Elect now has a different note after his debriefing?? — We have foreign military aircraft fly up to our boarders just testing how far they can get EVERY SINGLE DAY, we have high number of attempts of attacks that never get recorded and only the ones that are strategically released are the ones you hear about…. have you NO CLUE no common sense? are you so ignorantly blind? — I served, I fought and I saw with my own eyes but I also UNDERSTOOD that it came from somewhere I didn’t see because it had to. — Wow, it is amazing how some choose to live in la la land for so long that they don’t even know they are living there.
The decisions a President makes are not in any way light nor made without heavy thought. They are made based on pros and cons and with the best thoughts in mind. Some of you even mentioned how W. has hurt the economy….did you not know it was Clinton that signed off on the ok for sub-prime lending which has led to the housing downfall and has dragged all other economics with it??? — Wake up folks!

  41. Sharon on December 15th, 2008 10:16 am

While I do not consider this act right, in light of the much greater wrongs done by Bush and his cronies in Iraq and elsewhere, this is a very small thing. But the symbolic significance of this should not be ignored by any person who really wants peace in this world. Anyone who is following international news right now can see that this journalist is not alone in his sentiments towards the US government. Thousands of Iraqis have come out in support of this journalist on the streets. The war in Iraq is unjust and must stop right now. If we, as Americans, do not push our government to be truthful and just in the world, we’ll be seen by the rest of humanity as instruments of destruction and greed. We know that the majority of Americans are not that. We must prove it by positive civil action. That’s the only path to peace.

  43. bluemustang on December 15th, 2008 10:28 am

I can’t believe the Journalist: he was kidnapped for 3 days by his own people but too coward to blame them for being terrorists in Iraq, but blaming Bush instead. I wish Sadam Hussein raised up from his dead and cut off his tounge.

I can’t believe Americans: Osama B Laden attacked US soil, but instead of demonstrating by millions on Pensylvania Ave and threaten osama, they demonstrated and bad mouthing their own President. What Cowards, cowards, cowards!! They’d better give up their US Citizenship and give it to me!!!

  44. Jim on December 15th, 2008 10:29 am

I was estatic to see this reporter hurling shoes at bush (lower case intentional). I smiled when I saw him duck. Boy was that close. I think it was just perfect. Now if bush had been hit and hurt, that would have been tragic. I would not want that to have happened, but his ducking his not getting hurt was entirely appropriate. He got a strong message without being hurt.

  45. Wesley on December 15th, 2008 10:34 am

Good for you George. You knew that tough decisions are unpopular and you made them any way. Good thing is wasn’t me running the country this last 8 years. I’d have gotten tired and just told the troops to kill everyone.
Which is exactly what the russians did in Afghanistan. I would have gone in to iraq for the sole purpose of getting the oil region stabilized, never mind that Saddam was killing more muslims than America ever did.
Now I wonder what the region is going to do when they run out of oil? not much over there
besides sand. Being from Texas, I’ve seen what happens when the oil runs out around a town. Can you say “ghost town”? Without democracy, That’s what the middle east will be in a few short years. Only your leaders will have money. Get your act together or no nation will be able to help you. Then you can all throw shoes at eachother.

  46. bluemustang on December 15th, 2008 10:35 am

I can’t believe Americans : You think the US could have made Osama B Laden so ’silent’ like this had Sadam Husein and his cousin ‘Chemical’ Ali were still alive?? Think again, use your supposedly brilliant brain.

I wish Bush would just allowed Osama bombed the American Liberals once again after 911 before risking his reputation and suffered so much for protecting his own people and liberating the ungrateful Iraqis.

  47. Tufail khan on December 15th, 2008 10:39 am

I am so glad, the dog really deserved it. He destroyed a country for no apparent reason, more than a million people have been killed there because of him, he should be hanged publicly. More over he has created situation where so many people are turning to terrorism to vent there anger, which again leads to innocent people being killed the world over. He will always be remembered as the butcher of Iraq.

  48. Steve on December 15th, 2008 10:41 am

Well, well, well. So many people here who are sympathetic with Bush and critical of Obama. I’ll tell you what, if the Supreme Court had given the election to Al Gore we wouldn’t be where we are right now. Your 401K (oh, sorry, I suppose the crackers here don’t get a 401K working down at the fillin’ station) would not be down 40%, New Orleans would have been rebuilt because we would not have thrown $500 billion down a rat hole (Iraq). Isn’t it odd that gasoline is now under $2 a gallon and NOBODY saw that coming. It’s almost like a last ditch attempt by the Oil President to get us all to go out and buy a hamburger (and pay for it on Tuesday).

I am not happy with a lot of things that our President has done, but for the most part I thing he did what he thought was right and just in the war. Sure, hind sight is 20/20 but unfortunatly we are not gifted with that sense, so we have to go with what we have. I think Bush has done a very good job in Iraq and only time will tell the tell of wheather he did or not.
I also think that it is a very sad day for the US when a sitting President can be treated this way and the US print doesn’t respond with condimnation and discuss at the act that this ignotant reporter who just a few years ago wouldn’t have been able to do without it costing him his life because the dictator that ruled them then wouldn’t think twice about beheading him for it. I find it very disturbing that our own so-called newspapres make fun ot the situation and even cheer the act as if it were a sport to do so. I would bet money that if it were the new President elect in the same situation the response would be very different.
My only hope is that the new President elect doesn’t have to deal with this kind of treatment and that he does such a good job that I regret not voteing for him.

  53. sally on December 15th, 2008 11:11 am

Just a few thoughts on this shoe throwing BS. First, that so called reporter was disgracing not just President Bush but the office of the President AND the good ‘ole USA. Secondly, we should pull ALL our troops out and let those no good bastards kill each other…they aren’t our problem and if they can’t show a little respect for all the American Soldiers who have died for them, then they ought to be left to kill each other.

  56. Tina on December 15th, 2008 11:44 am

Hey, the reporter was just insulting the president, and by him, the American people. I guess I don’t like to be insulted. The Iraqui people have a free country now, one where protest -throwing a shoe- will not get you killed. And this is the thanks they give to America, to the parents of children who have died in Iraqui soil to protect their freedom. I am not amused…my neighbor’s child died in Iraqui soil. This offends me greatly. When you gloat about this, please think of the parents of children serving in Iraq. Please. I guess expecting a little common decency and sensitivity is too much…

    Hello all,
I respect all American citizens and I really admire the fact that despite all differences you became a one nation.
I am from middle east (from United Arab Emirates) and I am aware about all of the things Iragi people going through. I would like to say that I can not find words to describe what Sadam did while his life. Also, I know many of you lost your brothers, fathers, relatives, and friends in Irag war. However, don’t you think that you came for nothing?
The US government claimed that there are nuclear weapons in Iraq but is it REAL?
They destroyed EVERYTHING but they kept oil WHY???
Many scientists and thinkers killed because they didn’t want to work for you country and they prefered to stay and build Iraq
I know the situation was really BAAAAAD in Iraq but now it is the WORST.

I am not defending the journalist but just but your self on his shoe ,,, it is the only thing you can do while SOME soldiers (some not ALL) rabing your mothers and sisters.

This is what I think,,, if you don’t agree u r welcome to tell me what do you Think :)

There are too many people defending Bush. I doubt they understand what they’re saying. I wish they had lived in Iraq for 7 literal days only. Surge of terrorrism is a consequence of Bush’s actions (look at the statistics). He’s basically creating unsatisfied people, turning them into terrorrists and then fighting them (ridiculous!). He was so entertained with lies that he could not look properly at the american economy. Tell me the truth. Are WMD somehow related to oil? And is Oil somehow related to blood?

It is too bad that America is too divided as America really should have done something about this. I wouldn’t even care if it was the Usurper who this was done to, still we can’t allow foreigners to treat an US President, any US President in such a manner.

If we were united as a people we would demand, through back channels sure but nonetheless demand that this person would soon breath his last.

This shouldn’t have anything to do with who the particular President happened to be but all about the symbol of the US Presidency. If they are unafraid at physically attacking our leader whomever that leader might be at the time, how less afraid are they at attacking the rest of us.

Two thousand years ago a Roman citizen could walk across the face of the known world free of the fear of molestation. He could walk across the earth unharmed, cloaked only in the words Civis Romanis I am a Roman citizen. So great was the retribution of Rome, universally understood as certain, should any harm befall even one of its citizens.

US citizenship should be a shield, not a target!

By the way are other Americans as sickened by the Military Recruitment ads as the I am?

They are totally wrong in focus. The military isn’t about “helping people”. The military is about breaking things and killing people. I am not condemning them for that. Indeed they perform an honorable and necessary role in our society. For as it been said over and over again freedom isn’t free. We sleep safe in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm.

What makes me so mad about these ads, especially the Navy ones is that they make the military look like one big urban renewal program. Sure there are times when the military can perform an humanitarian role but that should always be the exception and not the standard.

Show the excitement of the military, talk about the honor, the training, the experience, but don’t show them helping people. They aren’t the peace corp and it is because we have too often treated them as such with all these Nation Building adventures that we find ourselves where we are today.

Wish he’d had better aim! Would have been a great way to see this rotten rat-bastard off after the last eight years of terrible things he and his minions have done to this nation and the world. The shoe-thrower couldn’t possibly have disgraced America more than his intended target has. Remaining GWB-lovers out there: you can all suck it!

  63. Jon Donovan on December 15th, 2008 7:59 pm

Bush may have messed up our economy, our military, two military adventures in the middle east, and America’s reputation abroad with allies who’s trust we’ve been developing since the First World War. He may be hiding behind the Flag he’s done so much to stain, and behind the blind adoration that many of my fellow citizens still somehow feel for the office of the presidency. He may have torn up the Constitution and ignored the laws that allow us to be a free, open society that the world wishes to emulate, his recklessness destroying our image as a benevolent paragon and thus making us even more vulnerable to outside extremists. He may have done more to reduce American freedom, progress, democracy and safety then any outside threat we’ve faced in the past 15 years.

And despite this, I kinda feel proud of our Still-President Bush when his cat-like reflexes kick in and he dodges a thrown shoe. Well done Bush, you’re the worst President we’ve ever seen, and I’m praying for the day President Elect Obama enters office, but *damn* are you good at dodging your just desserts.

  64. Jon Donovan on December 15th, 2008 9:13 pm

Addendum: There’s a *little* bit of hyperbole in the “benevolent paragon” bit, but you get the subtext: We weren’t as bad as the Russians, the Germans, the British, the French, the Dutch or pretty much any other world-spanning power that came before us, so set against WWII, the Belgian Congo and the Opium Wars, we’ve been a pretty good global hegemon.

Also, Steve L., you’re a fool if you think Rome’s ways will work in the days of global trade, the Internet and WMD. I’d love to list them, but for politeness’s sake (and that no matter what I say, you’re head’s still in the B.C.E.), let me summarize: Countries that rely on armies must pay heavily to maintain the source of their supremacy. Countries that rely on science and industry gain wealth when they maintain the source of their supremacy. Your way is a long walk off a short pier.

  65. Steve L. on December 15th, 2008 11:08 pm

What we need to do is get rid of the enemy within. That would be scum like you Jon.

Once we do we will become a strong country again.

You think you have won. But you are wrong. After the the next few years people will be hunting you down like the dogs you are.

You can only HOPE that you will be the victim of the next terrorist attack. As you have never ever seen a backlash like the one coming!

  66. Marcus on December 15th, 2008 11:12 pm

To those of you who think this is cool, you’re all a bunch of mindless lemmings who who swallow liberal BS about how terrible Bush is. You’re all proof that Bush derangement syndrome is real. By the way, I would be pissed off equally as much if this butthead had thrown his shoes at any U.S. president–Democrat or Republican. I really enjoyed on the video how your hero squealed like a wussy when he was being subdued.

  67. buckfan4life2 on December 16th, 2008 3:03 am

All their heroes are wussies! aparently that’s all they got on their mind. Anybody that would strap a firecracker on his ass and walk in a place and blow his nuts all over the ceiling,I wouldn’t think 72 virgins would do him much good. What kind of GOD do they have for them to do such horrible things and think they will be rewarded with sex in heaven. That’s not god,That’s SATAN! ps I don’t see bin laden strapping anything on his ass.I guess he’s the smart one!
