The problem is they are using tax payer dollars at some point in this process. And tax payer dollars are not allowed to be used for this promotion of religion. And yes it is promotion of religion because there is no purpose other then to share with others your religion. To say when you buy it the cost is only there to REIMBURSE the state that means state pays for them first sells them then gets paid. What about all those unsold plates? How about the time, which equals money, state workers are putting in to make and design these plates. As I said at some point TAX DOLLARS are being used in this process and MY TAX DOLLARS do not fund RELIGION.
