Hope and Change: Questions Come Up on Obama Blagojevich Relationship
Posted on December 9, 2008
Today we learned that Illinois Governor, Blagojevich, tried to bribe people and cash in on appointing someone to Obama’s seat! Just when you thought we couldn’t handle any more hope and change, we get more mixed messages from the Obama camp!
Asked what contact he’d had with the governor’s office about his replacement in the Senate, President-elect Obama today said “I had no contact with the governor or his office and so we were not, I was not aware of what was happening.”
But on November 23, 2008, his senior adviser David Axelrod appeared on Fox News Chicago and said something quite different.
While insisting that the President-elect had not expressed a favorite to replace him, and his inclination was to avoid being a “kingmaker,” Axelrod said, “I know he’s talked to the governor and there are a whole range of names many of which have surfaced, and I think he has a fondness for a lot of them.”
Tapper’s got a lot more where that came from. Of course Obama says that Axelrod mispoke, and suddenly Axelrod realizes he was mistaken! Heh!
My two cents: If Axelrod is lying now, and was telling the truth then…and Obama talked to Blagojevich by phone, then the FBI just may have an audio recording of that. My, how these audio recordings have haunted Obama. If it turns out so, it will be fun to hear him stutter.
Obama’s getting pretty good at denying any contact whatsoever with people known to be close associates.
Ho-HUM. Another day, another blatant, criminal lie from the Anointed Jug-Eared Marxist Freak, and he hasn’t even been sworn in yet. It’s going to be a fun four fucking years trying to keep up with every single lie that serial prevaricator blows out his filthy pie hole.
He really is making Billy Blowjob Klintoon look like the very epitome of “honest” by comparison.
Is it at all possible for that obscenely freakish looking abortion of an unkind Mother Nature to complete a sentence without perjuring himself?
I’m beginning to doubt it.
Hmmm…Mrs. Blagojevich was a scumbag too.
It’s like when you watch “Cops” and the idiot burglar tries to hide beside a tree in the dark, even though he’s wearing light-up sneakers. It’s like when Dan Rather dares the world to prove he’s a clueless ass-clown. It’s just good stuff. There’s no tragedy here. No wasted potential. No undeserving victims. No profound and complicated symbolic issues (I somewhat doubt the Serbian-American lobby is going to cry racism). This is the sort of criminality we want the Feds to find, particularly in Chicago. Everyone gets what they deserve — at least so far — and all of the guilty parties are all the more deserving of punishment because they don’t quite understand what the big deal is. I love it.

The Chickens are coming home to roost.
Has Obama or anyone in his campaign ever said anything without “misspeaking”? Has Obama ever known anyone? He seems to know them. We see pictures and read articles. All of a sudden, Obama never heard of him/her. “Blago-who-ovich? I passed him on the road on several occasions. I cannot remember if we ever stole together.”
Can you impeach a President-Elect?
The press will sweep Obama’s involvement under the rug.
Not if we can help it.
They’re already trying to John. I refer you to the article “Obama seen untouched by Illinois governor charges” by Deborah Charles.

Apparently there’s no end to the number of brown nosers masquerading as reporters in mainstream media who are willing to sacrifice their integrity in the name of the ‘One’.
We’ll do our best to counter them and make them unsuccessful!
Hmm, let’s see: the governor of Illinois is a criminal ass, so that means that the senator from Illinois must be one, too. Because they know each other. Makes sense. I’m from Illinois too. Guess that ties me into the whole mess. Oh yes, and my 80-year-old aunt is also from Illinois, and voted for BOTH B. and O. Things are looking more and more sinister…
Witch hunts. Get a life, folks. Better yet, just go to bed.
Will Obama be an unindicted co conspirator like Dick Nixon was in the Watergate criminal proceedings?
Hope and Change?
President Joe Biden?
Oy Vey.
I must point out to those saying that Obama must be guilty because his governor is guilty, that the same must be said about Palin seeing her Senator was taking bribes long before the illini even thought about running for office. Politics is a dirty game, but at the same time its a game of incentives and at the point Obama has no incentive to be corrupt seeing there are a lot of people out there looking to take him down.
