why aren`t these lawyers given the chance to proove there case?A law suit has been filed against obamma.he is suppose to answer it,If he does not then he is considered guilty.He did not answer bergs law suit.I am not an attorney but I`ve been there and that is the law.who in the hell is stopping these attorneys from presenting their case.the SCOTUS is making a lot of people more curious as to wonder ,why the cover up?

George Washington, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson also weren’t born in the United States. They were British citizens at birth. Hence Jefferson is disqualified from being President. Thus his Louisiana Purchase was illegal. Which means Louisiana, Arkansas and Missouri are not part of the United States. Therefore neither Harry Truman nor Bill Clinton were US-born. Truman signed the treaties ending World War 2, which means that is invalid and the USA is officially still at war with Germany and Japan.

Wilton doesn’t seem to think a Kenyan headline and Barack’s own grandmother when they SAID he was born in Kenya. Wilton doesn’t even believe Bill Richardson in Obama’s cabinet who just said Obama was an IMMIGRANT.

Yikes, we have to provide the real birth certificate for all manner of things. There is absolutely no doubt Obama is hiding something. WHAT exactly is it?

Does anyone doubt that if the GOP had won and their candidate had a similar issue that the press, CNN, and MSNBC would be screaming for the birth certificate 24/7?

It is NOT true that Hawaii won’t ever release long form BC’s. They do release them to those with a “tangible interest” i.e. the self and immediate family, and presumably to courts too, if subpoenaed.
Two examples from Hawaii 1963 and 1962:

Note how very different they are from Obama’s posted “Certification of live birth. Regarding the issue of where he was born, the long forms, crucially,the long forms bear the SIGNATURE of those who witnessed the birth: MD/nurse/midwife and mother. They also show the hospital. As a professionally trained historian it would be a very bad precedent to accept something other than the PRIMARY SOURCE document, i.e. a photocopy of the long form BC, rather than a Web image of a laser printed document, which has never been shown to document experts or a court of law, rather than blogs like “FactCheck” “Politico” etc.
The long form is obviously much harder to forge, since it has traceable info: the hospital named can be checked against any hospital records. The medical attendant name can be checked vs. hospital records, as can the attendant’s signature. Mother’s signature can also be checked against other samples. No histoiran worthy of the name would accept as evidence of when or where a 1961 baby was born a Web image of a 2007 laser-printed COLB, rather than a photocopy of the original type-written BC with signatures of corroborating witnesses.
