They have the NYT giving away state secrets about financial tracking, communications monitoring and special projects. Now they have CNN acting as forward observers pointing out opposition positions and locating potential hostages. I think we need to take the tactic of WWII and put a press blackout during terror attacks with no access allowed to any reporters. Period! Herd the reporters into rooms for specially arranged press briefings in order to restrict sensitive information while a battle is ongoing. The War on Terror is a shadow war and we need to keep our motions hidden. As we can see, the press does not care one whit for the reasons things are kept secret. Because of this, people are dying or are put into unnecessary danger so a reporter or news agency can get a boost in their ratings. What malfeasance!
