Oh, Mark, I didn’t say Bush was perfect. I just have trouble dealing with someone who wants “to spread the wealth around” and who wants to “tax the rich” when he doesn’t have a definition of who “the rich” are. At last count, it was anyone making $60,000 a year.

I really don’t care for socialistic views. And believe me when I say, I know what it means to be poor and desperate. Been there. I worked hard. Did without. Now I help others–a lot. I don’t need a filter between me and my charities–namely the federal government headed up by a money grubbing socialist. Tell me, if Mr. Obama is so socially minded, why are we having this discussion about Michelle’s ring? Why not spread some of THAT wealth around?

A) Mark my words, this Bloggo scandal won’t *touch* Obama, especially with his current approval ratings up around 66% (that HAS to drive you crazy *grin*)… certainly no more than Ted Stevens being a convicted felon from AK that Palin strongly supported affected her.

B) It’s incredibly cute how you view the Bush residency of the White House through such rose tinted glasses.

Why do you expect the left to see scandal around Obama, when the right STILL can’t find Bush guilty of doing anything less than perfect?

Wow! Mr. Obama may have to hock Michelle’s ring before this Chicago thing is over. There is a lot of dirt there to cover up. Sure glad I bought a few more shares in Catapillar this week.

In the mean time, Mark, I’ll curl up with my gun and Bible like the rest of the right wing folks who could see through the lies and scandals, and wait until you lefties figure out that someone has taken your warm fuzzy ideals and used them against you.

I suppose the answer to that is that the public decided the Republicans were the problem in congress, with them filibustering and stopping the Democrats from passing useful. So the voters gave Democrats even more power in Washington.

The republicans had control of every branch of government for years, and they blew it.
