I don't think that "hot" is what these guys are shooting for. Pelican Bay is located No. CA near Oregon where the cliamte is cold. The food is cold, never even warm. So that tempurature thing is crap. Frankly I agree prison is prison. But I KNOW FOR A FACT that not everyone there is a murder or the "worst of the worst". Some are there for what the state THINKS they are capable of on a main line. NOT FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. That is a first hand fact. So don't believe everything you hear on the media. It is hype and bias. Fear is the driving factor behind the CCPOA union and law makers. Look at what they have accomplished. Are you glad your taxes are going to hiked up to keep some idiot in prison for life for stealing pizza, golf clubs and kids videos. I am not nor do I think life is necessary in any of these case. Nor do I think Life is necessary for drug possessions-NOT SALES, personal use crimes. The only victim being the individual. Think ahead people; look were this prison population is going, stop being spooked by the boogie man!
