"his week rules"

Weak rules of course.

I am pretty sure that Sanders would be against all this Bailout stuff.

So, why tear down someone who is on our side just because he attacked the Bush Administration. Hasn't enough damage been done to the conservative movement by us defending this rat?

Yeah Maggie,

Lets tear down one of the few Conservatives/Libertarians we have on the bench because he has a problem with Bush 43 the man who just might have destroyed America with his poor handling of our country leading to Obama.

Isn't it time for us all to admit that Bush was a bad President. Especially now for his bailouts but before for his support of illegal immigration, his support of unfair "free trade" deals that hurt the America worker, and his week rules of engagement when it comes to the war in Iraq.

I happen to disagree with those who think the patriot act was too intrusive, but I rather have someone like Judge Sanders be extra sensitive about the overreach of the Federal Government, than the judges who are going to rubberstamp all of Obama's unconstitutional acts.

So, think before you attack. There are good conservatives out there who happened to disagree with the Patriot Act. And now that the modern day Hitler has been elected we might be concerned as well about the ever increasing power of the Federal Government.

Michelle, I read everything the Judge has posted on his website, plus many of his decisions, and the press I could find. If "rag-tag" is not correct, "activist" is absolutely accurate. I could hear in his writings that he is completely delighted with himself. I'll keep the "rag-tag" because his behavior exhibits such.

This was not a time for the Judge to shout down any speaker, much less Mukasey. As I said, this Judge had an avenue to Mukasey. He should have used it, called a press conference or whatever, but this is not the way a Judge should protest.

I would hardly call Justice Sanders a "rag tag activist judge". It's obvious you haven't followed his career at all. He is widely known for challenging the liberal status quo, is a strict constructionist (even when it comes to criticising his fellow conservatives) and is pro-life (receiving sharp criticism and "ethics charges" from the lefties in WA for speaking at a March for Life one hour after being sworn in). You should really do your homework.
