Seriously, the country is over unless we restrict the franchise to employed taxpayers who can speak, read, and write in English, and pass a simple civics test prior to casting the ballot. If not, why don&#039;t we let cats and monkeys vote too? Certainly they have a stake in the future of the country, and they are at least as intelligent and useful as 50 million Obama voters.</description>
