The new Repub party leaders must be united during this cleanup phase and McCain needs to be taken to the woodshed and talked to. With the Senate vote count so close we don’t need mavericks mucking things up. Stick to core Conservative values do the right thing, Dems will never want to be holding the bag alone on a vote, use that to our advantage. This is the time to express core values when tough decisions are going to be made.

Smart move by Obama if he plays his cards right, Shrillary or Willy won’t clear questionnaire and they will be done.

No representation in NorCal

While it appears that the democratic leadership may think they have Joe Lieberman under control now, and that he’ll have to tow the party line…Just remember that what makes Joe Lieberman Joe Lieberman is that he votes his own beliefs and according to his own mind…which most of the time is liberal anyway. But what makes him somebody I (as a conservative) respect is that he is his own man…and that will not change… When he votes the party line, it will because that is what he believes. When he doesn’t (and it will happen) same reason.
