If it is a code violation, I can see the city making them take it down, but I have no idea how it could be unless it covers a fire exit. I just don't see making stupidity against the law, how would Barry Obama gotten elected, if it was? Private schools should be able to do this. Government schools ONLY do this kind of thing.
