Liberty Counsel to Fight ACLU’s Attack on Marriage

Consider helping them out!

ACLU, LAMBDA and other anti-marriage groups have filed three lawsuits asking the California Supreme Court to strike down the recently passed California Marriage Amendment as being unconstitutional.

The ACLU – which donated $1.2 million to defeat the marriage amendment – is now saying that the people of California have no right to amend their Constitution!

Help us fight the ACLU’s attacks on marriage!
Liberty Counsel has filed a “Motion To Intervene” to defend against these outrageous lawsuits. Once again, Liberty Counsel is at the center of this legal battle — but our Legal War Chest has been depleted by numerous recent cases and our successful grassroots efforts in support of key marriage amendments in CA, FL and AZ.

They are a good organization, please consider helping them out with a small donation.
