I wish to prevent the fairness doctrine but, in absence of that, I propose a three-pron approach:
Public advertising if there is an
1. organization that can get sponsors
2. angry taxpayers "boycotting" radio and any other forms of broadcasting/jopurnalism affected. This directly impacts on advertising dollars and we al know that money talks
3. the traditional flooding of every Congressional Office with protesting emails

Information, news if you like, wants to be free. If the medium of print or radio / TV broadcast will not allow for the free flow of information, then other media - such as the Internet, will take assume that task.

The Communist Chinese have had limited success in blocking Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and other forms of censorship.

I wonder if we can use the Fairness/Censorship Doctrine to force conservative news to be reported on the Evening News? Two anchors, one a right thinking person and the other a yellow-dog-liberal journalist (i.e., the current anchors)??

Suppression of speech will occur on all levels. As the Dummycraps like to say to us now, "GET USED TO IT."

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vynzd9cpQRQ

Watch a guy standing in the open street in Philly election night, exercising his 1st Amendment rights to peaceably assemble (standing on the street doing nothing wrong, told by cops to "walk away") and freedom of speech; harassed, verbally assaulted, robbed (in front of watching policemen who did nothing), PHYSICALLY assaulted (by the crowd AND police) before finally being handcuffed and arrested. His crime? Wearing a McCain/Palin shirt in public during an Obama victory "rally."

My disgust cannot be expressed in any words.

Two can play at this game. File civil-suits against anyone that would seek to take our first ammendment rights away, including our good senators and representatives. So what if the "Speech and Debate" clause of the constitution protects the congress. They take an oath to protect the constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. They're not following that oath and are civilly and crimanilly liable.
