Just molesting 13 year olds that Americans won’t
A 33-year-old illegal immigrant from Sheboygan (Wisconsin) was sentenced Monday to four years in prison for molesting a 13-year-old girl, a sentence more than double that recommended by prosecutors.
Jose G. Lemus-Rodriquez pleaded no contest to a felony count of second-degree sexual assault in September, and in exchange Assistant District Attorney Chris Stock asked for an 18-month prison term on Monday.
But Judge L. Edward Stengel said the crime requires a harsher punishment. The charge carries a maximum prison term of 25 years, and Lemus-Rodriquez admitted sexually assaulting the girl on at least four occasions between November 2007 and January.
“It’s not a single occurrence; it happened over a significant period of time,” Stengel said. “This young lady obviously lived in fear and in shame. You were willing to use and abuse her to satisfy your own selfish desires.”
I guess they are not all good people looking for a better life. Lemus-Rodriguez has a wife and several children, and now has jail time and an immigration hold. The minute he is out of the slammer, he’ll be deported. Unless, of course, the Democrat Congress and President Barry give him amnesty.

Democrats don’t support felons and criminal activity. We support and defend the rights of all. We recognize this immigrant is a scumbag, but he is not representative of all illegal immigrants any more than Mark Foley is representative of Republicans.

You do. So do the republicans who want to thwart our immigration laws. Those of you who have flooded our nation with illegal immigrants have turned safe streets into war zones, have turned our children’s schools into third-world dumps. You probably live in a place where illegal immigrants mop your parents floors and go home….to a community like the one where my family lives. I speak Spanish fluently, it is my second language. I work shoulder to shoulder with LEGAL immigrants my entire life.
Illegals are gang banging in record numbers. They are bringing the violence of places like El Salvador to the streets where we walk our kids to school.
EVERYONE who supports illegal immigration is responsible for EVERY rape, robbery, and murder these people commit.
Yeah…because no one that is not an illegal immigrant has raped anyone, this is a ridicuolous point to try and make. You get rid of all illegal immigrants, and guess what, there will still be rape. Not that I think illegal immigration is good, but there needs to be reform. Too bad that is way down the list of things that need to be taken care of at this point.
