Well, guess we get 4 years of every bad thing happening being blamed on the previous (read Bush) administration.

On a better note at lest the socialist did not get a super majority.
I think after 4 years of a communist in charge we will be in the majority again. So let them have there moment. It will be short lived.
I have grave concerns for the next 4 years. Although I knew it would probably turn out this way, I am still somewhat shocked. I am sitting here now questioning whether this man is evil incarnate or was he just portrayed that way in not so liberal media. But then I come to my senses and realize that I have to admit defeat and accept it graciously as McCain did.
Let me be clear, Obama was not and is still not my choice for President of the United States. But this guy talks a good talk and although I do not agree with most of his policies I can see why more than 1/2 the country is taken in by him. And it’s not just Blacks. He got to people from ALL groups. Tonight I saw many Whites crying, no sobbing because this man was elected. That shocked me more than his victory. What stake did they have in this? Why were they so moved?
What did we learn; elections can be influenced by how much money the candidate has AND the Republicans BETTER do something and quick. This party is deteriorating to the point of extinction. G.W. Bush had a less than stellar 2nd term and I am sure that has much to do with its current status.
Conservatism is going out the door. We (Republicans) need to stick to our moral values and core beliefs while appealing to a younger generation. We need to do something – fast!
Tough times lie ahead. I will pray for President Elect Obama. May God bless him if he’s the right man for the job. God bless us all if he’s not.
