Did Obama Flip McCain Off?
If he didn’t just give McCain the one finger salute, then he has a bad habit of scratching his face with his middle finger He did it to Hillary too. If he isn’t really this much of an a-hole then he should work on fixing this habit, or one day Putin will punch him in the face over misunderstanding it.
