My Dear Roger,

We thank you for bringing this to our attention.

As the Lady Thatcher said, "Nothing is more obstinate than a fashionable consensus." We are seeing that maxim played out in all its glory presently in America. The Asch Effect to be certain. "Fashionable apathy" we call it. Watch our masterful YouTube presenatation on this very topic.

Cheers,

I started visiting this site in hopes of insightful posts on and meaningful dialogue concerning ACLU activity, yet each time I have visited in the past few weeks I am inundated by a barrage of topically irrelevant posts.

Take this 'stoptheaclu' entry, for example. At best, it does not make any ties to current civil rights progress (or regress), does not make any ties to happenings in the ACLU, and merely prompts thought about loose application of a socialogical phenomena to one aspect of this current election. Regardless of the merits of this post, they are wholly irrelevant to the stated aims of this blog (per the title, slogan, emblems, paraphanelia, or 'about us' section).

May this blog strike cohesiveness and cogency. Until then, I'll be elsewhere. Cheers.
