Mr. Obama Popularity

Obama is definitely not going to be like Bush! One thing I always admired about President Bush was that he had no use for popularity polls. He did what he thought was right. Sometimes he held to his own a little too stubbornly, but I always admired how decisive he was and how he stuck to his guns. We won’t have Obama being like that, he really digs polls!
Obama’s campaign spent $21,500,862.00 on polling and surveys. Wow!

What exactly does 22 million for polling include? Does that include registering thousands of illegal voters, too?
