Michelle Obama – African Press Update 10/20/08

African Press International (API) has announced that Pennsylvania attorney, Philip Berg will represent API against expected lawsuits from Barack and Michelle Obama.

API claims that they have a tape recording of a telephone call Michelle Obama made to API. In that alleged phone call, API claims that MO made some astonishing statements. For background and for the specific alleged comments, go here and here.

In addition to apparently representing API against the Obama’s, Philip Berg filed a suit in a Philadelphia court against Barack Obama, The Democrat National Committee (DNC) and the Federal Election Commission(FEC) for release of proof of Barack Obama’s citizenship. This lawsuit is on-going. For a video update, go here.

API said the following in today’s edition:

For us in API we wanted to get the tapes released – aired by a news channel that has a good reputation in the US, one that has listeners interested in the elections.

API is not interested in selling the tapes to any network. Our demand is that the tapes must be aired unedited by the network that we finally select.

API reports that an email is circulating (read it at the above link) saying API is looking for monetary bidders for the tape, which they strongly deny.

Well…Philip Berg is a feisty attorney. We’ll see what this brings.

The main media outlets haven’t even examined “Black Theology”

In my humble opinion, and I did study this in a Christian Ethics course with a Black Liberation Theology instructor teaching the course. This is really ugly theology.

Paul Thompson, I’ve look into James Cone’s brand of BLT, and it is truly frightening. People do not want to believe that this is happening in many Black churches throughout America.

Thank you for posting this. Obama is scary on a number of levels. His own website shows an endorsement by the Black Panthers. (!) Also, his economic theory sounds eerily like socialism/communism.

A Mom for McCain: When Obama said “spreading the wealth around is a good thing for everyone,” that’s Socialism and there is no way to mask it. When we begin providing childcare at age zero, that’s Socialism.

He is endorsed by many of the World’s radicals: Hezbollah, Hamas, Khadafi, Louis Farakkhan – and I know there are more – not to mention all of Europe. That’s especially scary

I hope that this is the truth and not some kind of hoax! If there is information this sensitive about the Obama’s, the American people deserve to hear it and make a decision about the potential president of the u.s. who will not only effect America but the rest of the world. This information to my mind confirms Corsi’s lawsuit claiming that Obama is not eligible to president and maybe with the release of these tapes and Corsi being the attorney we will finally see some reporting by the mainstream media who are so far in the tank for Obama that they may drown themselves with him (excluding Fox News). Keep up the fight for the truth.

Earlier API said they had audio, which would be released soon. Then they said they were in negotiations with Fox news for release of the audio. Now they’re asking Michelle Obama to admit there was a conversation. Why the delay?

Here’s the delay: As Fox news source stated yesterday (Oct. 22), “they have had no negotiations with API” regarding a Michelle Obama audio. Zilch, zero, nada.

Lars, this is the way I see it also, although a possibility of the tapes may still be real.

Fox is denying negotiations. I assume a true Fox spokesman said such.

As to MO admitting – API said if she would do so, they would not release the entire tape, only the portions they have already put in print, which were fairly extraordinary.

jahalamel, I agree. There is reason to doubt Obama’s citizenship, even if he is a natural-born citizen. He can end all of this, and a true leader, who cares for his country should me more than willing to do so.

His unwillingness to put the Country first shows what we are in for if he wins this election.
