But the principle practical thing is that he and Congress would send us off into the wilderness on energy. Nuclear will go nowhere. We'll be drilling 500 miles offshore. We'll be heavily subsidizing sources that don't fuel transportation. I'm betting we'll the $8 a gallon of gas that Obama has wanted for some time. Oh, and plenty of ethanol, but no sugar fuel. I heard one poll actually assumed there were 50% or so more Democrats voting than Republicans voting in Virginia a Red state. I have great doubts that that assumption is anywhere near accurate. I also have to consider that Democrat voters are notorious for not voting. That tends to give us more reliable Republican voters an edge.
