For those looking for Joe the plumber…here you go. The new mantra is, “I am Joe the plumber!” cuz you know…I identify!
Spread the wealth!
Socialists mainly share the belief that capitalism unfairly concentrates power and wealth into a small section of society who control capital, and creates an unequal society. All socialists advocate the creation of an egalitarian society, in which wealth and power are distributed more evenly, although there is considerable disagreement among socialists over how, and to what extent this could be achieved.
“It’s not that I want to punish your success. I just want to make sure that everybody that is behind you, that they have a chance for success too.”
Why doesn’t he just call this what it is? Redistribution of wealth…or in other words… theft and looting. Taking money from people who pay taxes and give it to the ones that don’t.
If that isn’t enough proof of Obama being a Socialist, how about the fact that he was a member of the Socialist new party?

The ALARM IS RINGING!!! America better WAKEUP and smell the taxes. Basically B.O. wants to take our hard earned money and create a welfare system! “There is no end to to what a do gooder will do with someone elses’ money!” STUDY HISTORY!
Government…does not make money…WE DO!! They take (TAX) you and me that is the only way that Government has money.
Wake up… Taxes are not just sales and income(the list is long). America needs to look at the limited cents on the dollar that they are not taxed!!! All I can say is “If you think you are over taxed now…sit back and vote B.O.”

B.O. has grand scale plans to make our lives better at a VERY HIGH price of our own personal freedom & choices. BO believes he can spend our money better than we can! Socialism to Communism and loss of FREEDOM is his plan.
If we want CHANGE…lets start by voting out of office the Socialist Congress, changing and taking away their “special rights”, putting them on Social Security for retirement at 65 like the rest of the country! Overhaul the system alright!
Joe the Plumber is just a selfish man looking to be better than everyone else. Obamas plan will increase taxes from 36% to 39% for him. If he is making over $250,000 than he is doing just fine. I would rather see his future employees get a cut and people not making that much. I want to see police officers and teachers get a tax break not Joe and everyone else making a heavy income. dont you think Obama has good intentions if he is willing to raise his own taxes? A greedy and selfish man would not. McCain does not want that so he will use it to try to steal votes from Obama. If wealthy americans stop thinking about how they can get more money and think about the other 95% of people who need a little bit of help. That 95% that will be helped are the ones who basically keep this country running. Good luck Obama, I am praying for a win. We need you.

I am willing to help the 95 %. Tell them to call Joe and ask for a second job. Plumbers work nights and weekends and are always looking for hard workers.
I am currently working two jobs to pay for my two children’s college education. Looks like you and Barry O want me to keep working hard to pay for a few more kids education or I could just quit my second job so I can be part of the 95% and get help from the “wealthy” people that are still willing to contribute.
Why am I not surprised that all these news clips are from FOX?

To assume that you are the only person out there working two jobs, think twice. This still does not justify distribution of wealth. Quite honestly I am tired of sacrificing my hard work in order to support the “entitlement” sector of this nation. The way I see it, if your children are in college and you are struggling, maybe the children should work and help pay for their education. That is the problem, children are to soft and spoilt in this country. I spent time in the service, I gave and I recieved. Maybe that is where we “selfish” people are coming from. Why is it okay for one to struggle and give in order to recieve, while the other sector complains and expects? It is up to each individual to “PURSUIT” his or her own happiness, NOT MINE!
My calculation is the Joe the Unlicensed Plumber will pay $900 additional taxes under Obama’s plan. It is not clear that his top earning projection of $280K is net or gross, so he may not pay any additional tax. It is disturbing to me that McCain’s attack approach during this election consistently lowers the level of debate to anecdote and fear. Skinhead Joe is apparently not even a licensed plumber and is ideally matched to McCains unqualified VP candidate. Her job as we can see is to spread hate and fear amongst an poorly educated and bigotted Republican base. Win at any cost is the Bush/McCain mantra.

Please, Please, do half the investigation on Joe the Plumber on Obama. We’ve seen nothing in the media except soft balls thrown at BHO. Lets get some fair and balanced reporting.
The lesson here with Joe the Plumber is, if Obama comes to your house when your hanging out with your kids and asks you questions, don;t go against the party line, or the brown shirts are going to come and snuff you out.
Joe “the Plumber” is not a licensed plumber, is not trained to plumb, is not thinking of to buying a business that might earn “280,000 a year” (the business he referred to was already sold), has never come close to earning that $250,000 a year, and has not been “saving his hard-earned money most of his life” — he is in fact in debt to the IRS for…unpaid taxes.
So where is the ANAL PROBE by CNN and the rest of them bringing this glaring list of FACTS to LIGHT to inform the voters?!?

I give you kudos on your name-calling and invective. I do wonder though about your line of thinking. Having a tax lien from the IRS does not indicate that Joe the Plumber has no savings. Also, if Joe bought a plumbing business that was bringing in $250K per year chances are he would by it over time in a deal arranged with the owner/seller. This gives the seller a guaranteed cash flow for many years and allows individuals who don’t happen to have $250K cash laying around to buy into businesses like this. Medical and dental practices are sold like this quite frequently, so why not plumbing businesses, house cleaning businesses, etc.
Careful, your ignorance is showing. My guess is this is because you’ve never held a real job or run a business on your own and are probably still living with Mom and Dad.
I feel sorry for Joe. Obama came to his aria and tried to earn some points off him and screwed up big time.
