The Left’s strategy has always been to break every unwritten rule of propriety (such as don’t speak ill of the president when abroad etc.) but then when their person gets in to expect these rules to get back enforce.

And like the saps we are conservative have usually played along.

But at least with me, not any more. To take a line which I have seen on the bumpers of cars Leftists own, HE IS NOT MY PRESIDENT. And no, I will not allow them to reestablish for Obama the unwritten rules of propriety that they so freely broke with Bush.

What they did to Bush I will do to them. If there is a terrorist attack I will claim that Obama helped orchestrate it. I will condemn Obama far and wide on every foreign website I can.

Any conservative who doesn’t do this doesn’t understand the stakes and quite honestly I will have no time for. Obama is indeed perhaps the most evil man to sit in the White House. Catering to him out of some misplaced sense of patriotism is just like a German catering to Hitler because after all he was the elected leader of Germany.

The Left for too long has had their cake and eat it too. Braking all these “laws” when they are out but having conservatives respect them when they are in. No more. No more. And for those conservatives who do, I will have no time nor respect for them.

So what you’re saying, Steve, is that supposed actions of the left are so despicable that you’ve decided to be just as despicable yourself. Way to set an example for future generations. USA!

P.S. I know quite a few conservatives with anti-bush bumperstickers, and even MCCAIN HIMSELF is bashing bush. Bush is ranked as one of the least popular presidents in history. How often did you write about how much you hate/hated clinton? Lets put an end to double standards, ok?
