		<description>They can still vote.  North Carolina offers  one- stop early voting beginning October 16- November 1st.  Go to your local Board of Elections web site and you can determine where and when you can register and vote at the same time.</description>

		<description>I live in the area (Raleigh) and there are also stories about people registering with &quot;someone&quot; outside of stores. They gave no mention of whom they represented. But some who registered as Republican or Independent now CANNOT find their names as being registered, and therefore (since today was the last day to register) will NOT be able to vote. I don&#039;t know if this was Acorn, but it needs to be looked at -- maybe surveillance cameras. I don&#039;t know if there is anything that the &quot;victims&quot; can do at this point.</description>
