It's just a video recording of some rather pathetic events he held during the presidential election of '04. It's a matter of opinion whether this counts as a new movie or not, since the campaign events were held before Sicko was released. I'm also not quite sure why Moore thinks foreigners would be interested in an old event designed to rile up apathetic voters and get them out to vote for John Kerry.
