I come from a lower income family background. I served over 20 years in the US Air Force before and during Viet Nam. I travelled to about 29 countries/territories and lived over 5 years in foreign countries. The pay rates were much lower then than they are now for sure. While in the military I worked during the day and attended night classes at more different colleges than I can remember. I worked until I graduated from college. Nobody gave me that education, I earned it through hard work. At retirement from the USAF I returned to college for a different degree and then attended graduate school earning a Master Degree. My wife worked and suffered along with me. Again, no one gave me that education, I earned it. Take it from me, I know, the United States of America is the greatest country on the face of this planet! Otherwise why would so many want to come here? There is a legal procedure for those who want to immigrate to the USA. They follow that and I say great, let them enjoy all the USA has to offer. For those who come in illegally, they are criminals, pure and simple. They only deserve legal action that will remove them from this wonderful country. We must do this before we are overcome. Let them go back and work to change their own countries to better their lives. America owes the illegals nothing but justice and legal removal. I applaud the 2 year college system for voting to deny admission to illegals. My children had to, and my grandchildren will soon have to apply in a legal manner to gain access to these same institutions. We are very generous to other countries already. Let the illegals go home and demand their leaders share these funds.

“I don’t think we’ve done the kind of research we need to do in order to approve the policy,” she said before describing how her brushes with racial discrimination — such as being denied admission to the University of Alabama despite extensive qualifications —"

Where is the racial discrimination? Illegal aliens come from every country and represent every race. What they have in common is having broken our laws and, yes, we do discriminate against lawbreakers of every race.
