Pelosi Orders Probe In To Obama Fundraising And Rangel Ethics

In an exclusive statement, Nancy Pelosi, current speaker of the House (D-Liberal Land), said
“It is a shame that in a time of financial upheaval, Barack Obama and his Big Hollywood cronies would not pay their fair share, and instead, provide massive financial support to a floundering campaign through fundraising, further increasing the publics impression that he is an elitist and out of touch with the American public. Talking about change, then raking in massive paper money provides no hope for the middle class, and does not help Michelle’s kids.”
“Furthermore, I am announcing a full and complete probe of Charlie Rangel, (D-NY) into his ethical lapses. This is supposed to be the A-#1 most ethical Congress ever, so I am asking that the Department of Justice become involved. He should immediately step down as Chairman of the Ways and Means committee, to avoid any further appearance of impropriety.”

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has ordered a broad, swift investigation of Wall Street and will demand testimony from Bush administration officials and captains of finance, congressional officials said.
House Democrats plan to aggressively look at the administration’s role in the meltdown over the weekend and to explore further regulation and government structures that would be taken up under the new president.
Of course, no Democrat in the most ethical Congress Evah! will have to face the music, because Queen Nancy has already stated that Democrats bear no responsibility. She should learn to use Google, as protein wisdom has.
In fact, there are several committees that are going to hold hearings, and according to The Politico article
Both chairmen are acting at the direction of Pelosi, who told them to figure out what happened and demonstrate that they are on top of the situation, the officials said.
This would be called locking the lemming cage after they have already vamoosed (back to The Hill)
“The Pelosi-Obama Congress has failed to pass an all-of-the-above energy plan, failed to stop earmarks, and failed to break the partisan gridlock that plagues Washington,” RNC spokesman Alex Conant said. “If Pelosi thinks the Democratic Congress is doing a good job handling the economy now, then just imagine how bad our economy would be if Democrats controlled the White House, too.”
What the Dems want to do is set the system up for massive regulation, which would, of course, stifle them. Any resulting turmoil, low returns, negative growth, economic stagnation, a return to the 17th century would be, of course, Bush’s fault.

I have not been impressed by Nancy Pelosi when she has spoken. She does not give a good impression of good leadership in the remarks that are attributed to her here.
Who gave her the power?
If Comrad Pelosi would simply lay down her copies of “The Sayings of Mao” and “The Communist Manifesto” for a minute or two, she would see the trouble we’re in….because of her and her cronies…
Perhaps Comrade Peelousy could also investigate ACORN and other ‘community groups’ who beat the mortgage industry over the head with false tales of ‘redlining’ and prompted the Clinton Administration to basically force such companies to give out mortgages to any minority without proof they could repay the loans, without proof that they were even citizens or permanent residents entitled to receive such loans, and if the Banks failed to provide such loans, the Banks would have faced enormous fines and penalties for not engaging in unsound financial practices. Pres Bush tried in vain to end this charade by proposing legislation and was met with the quip that will live in history by Rep Barney (Gay Sex in the Congressional Gym) Franks, ‘there is no financial crisis in Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac’, and so the dems scuttled any possibility of averting a crisis in the mortgage industry. I doubt Barney, Prostitution Ring in Home, Franks has any serious opposition in his Commie District, but if he did, playing that tape over and over again, together with the tax bill he has foisted on this country (together with his compliant socialist pc democraps in Congress) should have been enough to unseat him were any rational voters in his district.
I agree that most of the meltdown has been caused by the corruption out of Washington, forcing banks to make loans they shouldn’t versus any corruption on Wall street in comparison. My problem is - why did not Pres. Bush and other Republicans ever come out strongly swinging over the past years? They take this abuse and lies by the media and Democratic leftists and leave it with no response. They should have bought air time, run ads, and so forth so that the American people would know the other side. We can’t rely on MSM or the democrats - look in NY run by mostly democrats — still cant build at Ground zero - it is a liberal cesspool here.

L–they get away with this stuff because we let them. When we shine a light on them they scurry off like rats or lie like my kid when busted with her hand in the cookie jar. The light, however, must be shined locally. We have to make noise through our local newspapers and call and write our local representatives offices and let them know of our displeasure. We must also support candidates that will do our bidding with signs and phone calls and money because that is what gets them elected. Most of us are too busy with our lives to really get involved in local politics. If this election is important enough to you then you have the power to do something about it.
I knew when I read the first paragraph that the article’s author was smoking some really bad stuff! It seems to have worn off about half way through the article.
San Fran Nan and the most ethical congress in history know that only conservatives and republicans can be unethical. William Jefferson, Bill / Hillary Clinton, Charlie Rangel, and other liberals / democrats have an “ethics card” that keep investigations away–like garlic protects against vampires!

I have much to say about pelosi but she is not worth the time or effort. She need look no further than her own party for reasons of a poor economy. Start with Schummer, Frank, Clinton, Obama and include yourself. God help us if Obama gets in. I have already contacted foreign consulates to denounce my citizenship if the muslem liar Obama gets in.
