The link you use to claim that publishing truthful information that was obtained illegally by a third party is against the law leads me to a brake pads website

However the constitution of the United States clearly says that we “shall make no law” abridging free speech

If you can show me a legal case where the court ruled that someone publishing truthful information that was obtained illegally by a third party was ruled criminal, I would be shocked.

The email hacking is obviously wrong and dispicable; however, I also have to ask, why did Ms. Palin not have her email accounts protected or removed to start with? I think that if I were a VP nominee, I would take steps to ensure the security of stuff like this. Is she so inexperienced that she doesn’t even know enough to protect her personal email???

This is beyond contemptuious and just shows how low the radical left will stoop and how deeply shaken they are by Palin’s unexpected impact on the campaign. I notice that there isn’t any moral outrage or even a hint of condemnation in this article ,either! You’d be ranting about Carl Rove and W and Nazism if it were Sanit Obama’s email that was hacked!!! Bad move for the liberals and The Dems…make’s ‘em look like low lives!
P.S I tried to post this on HUFFINGTON POST,but their “moderators” (CENSORS) wouldn’t allow it! How’s that for a free exchange of ideas?
