Huffington Post, Gawker, AmericaBlog All Published Illegally Obtained Information From Sarah Palin’s Hacked Email Account

Since reproducing information that is obtained illegally, with full knowledge that the information was obtained illegally is a crime just as the original hackers that obtained the information committed a crime, well known sites such as Huffington Post, Americablog, Gawker and more have all deliberately broken the law by reproducing and publishing the emails and/or photos illegally obtained from Sarah Palin’s hacked email address.

I have saved the pages and screenshots of each of these sites and I hope the Government does their job to bring legal action against every single one of these sites for spreading Palin’s children’s and husbands private email addresses around, as well as Palin’s daughters phone number, private pictures and contact email information for everyone in Palin’s yahoo address book.

The original hackers probably did it for no other reason than to be troublemakers.

The scum over at Gawker, Huffington Post, AmericaBlog and others, published that private information for no other reason than to personally attack Sarah Palin as they have been doing since she was announced as the vice presidential running mate to John McCain.

Taking screenshots and saving full webpages makes sure that these people cannot delete their posts and then deny their complicity in a federal offense of publishing illegally obtained information.

Considering each of these sites reported that Palin’s email account was hacked, then went on to either publish the emails, or screenshots of the emails, or the private information from the email account, they knowingly and deliberately broke the law.

FBI spokesman Brian Hale said, “The FBI is aware of the alleged hacking incident involving Alaska Governor Sarah Palin and is coordinating with the United States Secret Service on the matter.”

Actually, Michelle Malkin has a post where the alleged hacker admits to hacking her e-mail because he/she wanted something that would destroy Sarah.

If the government does not prosecute these blogs then America is in much worse shape that I thought. Liberals are killing the democratic party. Stealing someone’s e-mails is like getting into someone’s underwear drawer. Liberals are that low. It is disgusting. Don’t think the American people can’t see through these vile attempts to smear Sarah Palin. Americans are smarter than that.

“If the government does not prosecute these blogs then America is in much worse shape that I thought.”

I agree. This whole thing is wrong on numerous levels. It would be just as wrong if Republicans had pulled this on a Democrat. (Course in that scenario, I’m sure the MSM could be bothered to report it.)

“Don’t think the American people can’t see through these vile attempts to smear Sarah Palin.”

Guess again. I had to listen to some dopes in a class the other day whine about Palin. One actually had the supreme idiocy to say that she’s been basically given slack since she became a VP candidate. Wow, right? Man, if you EVER needed proof that community colleges will accept ANYONE…

And if the Palins’ email had been encrypted, the complaint would be, “What are they trying to hide?”

Wouldn’t it be ironic if all the slams against Palin brought the Republicans into the White House. Backlash, anyone?

I am not surprised that Americablog published the stuff. Remember that Americablog’s founder, John Aravosis, was once a staffer for Ted Stevens. I expected the type of slime from J/A that is coming from Power Glutes. Maybe they know each other.

This is beyond contemptuious and just shows how low the radical left will stoop and how deeply shaken they are by Palin’s unexpected impact on the campaign. I notice that there isn’t any moral outrage or even a hint of condemnation in this article ,either! You’d be ranting about Carl Rove and W and Nazism if it were Sanit Obama’s email that was hacked!!! Bad move for the liberals and The Dems…make’s ‘em look like low lives!
P.S I tried to post this on HUFFINGTON POST,but their “moderators” (CENSORS) wouldn’t allow it! How’s that for a free exchange of ideas?

The email hacking is obviously wrong and dispicable; however, I also have to ask, why did Ms. Palin not have her email accounts protected or removed to start with? I think that if I were a VP nominee, I would take steps to ensure the security of stuff like this. Is she so inexperienced that she doesn’t even know enough to protect her personal email???
    Just asking.

You are misdirecting your anger at the wrong people. Trust me, it is the hackers who are the real scum. If you don’t believe me, then check out their disgusting web site Encyclopedia Dramatica, if you have the stomach for that filth.

The link you use to claim that publishing truthful information that was obtained illegally by a third party is against the law leads me to a brake pads website

However the constitution of the United States clearly says that we “shall make no law” abridging free speech

If you can show me a legal case where the court ruled that someone publishing truthful information that was obtained illegally by a third party was ruled criminal, I would be shocked.
