“A pretty scathing charge from Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., this morning as he spoke to the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers and assailed Sen. John McCain’s, R-Ariz., position on free trade. “Just ask the machinists in Pennsylvania who build Harley-Davidsons,” Obama said of McCain’s record. “Because John McCain didn’t just oppose the requirement that the government buy American-made motorcycles, he called Buy American provisions ‘disgraceful.’ Just ask the workers across this country who have seen their jobs outsourced. The very companies that shipped their jobs overseas have been rewarded with billions of dollars in tax breaks that John McCain supports and plans to continue. “So, when American workers hear John McCain talking about putting ‘Country First,’” Obama said, “it’s fair to ask — which country?”

What does the Obama campaign say about Barry being third on the list of donations from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac? Only Dodd and Kerry have received more money than Barry and they have been collecting that money for 18 years, Barry has only been taking those bribes for three.
Barry shipped houses into foreclosure, I think that is worse.

What tax breaks? This is a canard. Someone should has Obama what “tax breaks” he’s talking about so that we can confirm what he’s saying. Otherwise, he’s nothing better than Joseph McCarthy saying “I’ve got names.”
Except that we now know that McCarthy did indeed have names.
Problem was, we also would have had to let a major intelligence coup leak out at the time, which was the fact that our intelligence had tapped the undersea cable and were monitoring Soviet comms 24/7. Intelligence and Administration both considered that to be a far more valuable asset in coldwar times. Which is kind of obvious to all but those who would see this country fail.
But Obama should be called on his bluff, no question.
Problem with the UuuuhBama is that the list of bluffs, lies and gaffes is growing too long too rapidly to isolate a single one and question it, not that the media would ever do that anyway.
America is watching, though and America doesn’t like the low road at all. America can see what’s going on very clearly right now, as the left and their media melts down in hysteria, that’s a good thing.
