Tribute To 9/11 Angels – Never Forget

Posted on September 11, 2008

Let us also remember the people, our neighbors, our friends, our loved ones, our countrymen, who were lost that day fondly.

We can remember them by saying “never again.” We can remember them by not allowing the Muslim fanatics, who have the stated intention of destroying modern civilization, to do just that. We can remember them by rebuilding. We can remember them by resisting those who would have a 9/10 mentality. We can make their lost lives meaningful.

Ceremonies today:

In New York, the ceremonies will begin at 8:40am, and the names of all the people lost in the Trade Tower attacks will be read.

At the Pentagon, the memorial dedication will start at 8am. The memorial will be open to the public at 7pm.

In Pennsylvania, a ceremony will be held starting at 9:55am, the time Flight 93 crashed.

And President Bush will lead a moment of silence at 8:46am.

Others:

In the arms of angels.

BTW, to give credit where credit is due, the official site of the Democrat Party has a tasteful 9/11 graphic up, while GOP.com has zip.

    CANADIAN TRIBUTE TO AMERICA

    America, as I stand afar
And look at thee this day
    I see a nation, resolute
    And determined now to pray

That flag, Old Glory, lifted high
    With reference to your God
I weep as weep you do
For what happened on your sod

    With strong armaments of faith
    And fuselage full of prayer
    Our God will reprimand those
Who have brought you such despair.

With patience and resolve, to see
    Just! True justice done!
This world’s fine Land of Liberty.
    Begins this war to win.

With “In God We Trust” as coinage print
As in God we trust in flesh
No greater power can be for us
    We trust in nothing less.

    Your fortitude, a nation birthed
By men who believed The Word
To think that you can lose this war
    That thought, is most absurd.

As we watch your spirits knit as one
    With open brotherly love
May You dear God, “Bless America”.
As You watch them from above.
