The koslims and DUNGers are upset that her son joined willingly.
It takes away their chickenhawk/send you own kids slur. So to get some of it back they make up the lie that he’s a criminal, drug using, party boy (aka liberal) who wouldn’t have joined had he not been forced to. It’s also another slam on our military since to liberals, only idiots, wannabe thugs, or losers join.

After watching Sarah Palin on TV tonight, I’m truly amazed that anyone considers her qualified to be vice-president or president. Did Bush lower the bar so much that someone as arrogant and ignorant as her seems qualified? If this pair gets elected in November, I have to assume the majority of Americans are just too gullible for the U.S. to continue being a major power in the world. If she’s our future, we’re going down. It’s happened to other once-great societies.

Maybe the question of whether all these stories about Sarah are true is not the main point. Maybe their creation and repetition is just nutroots pseudo-therapy for that sense of impending doom.
