Poll: Only 29% of Obama Supporters Think Supreme Court Rulings Should Be Based on the Constitution

Posted on September 9, 2008

This is some very scary stuff!

While 82% of voters who support McCain believe the justices should rule on what is in the Constitution, just 29% of Barack Obama’s supporters agree. Just 11% of McCain supporters say judges should rule based on the judge’s sense of fairness, while nearly half (49%) of Obama supporters agree.

Unfortunately, these people get to vote. I’m sure these bleeding hearts think SCOTUS decisions should be based off of the judges personal “feelings”.
Yikes!

I find it even more disgusting that only 82% of McAmnestys supports think the Tyrannical Judical Dictatorship we have, should have it’s rulings based on the Constitution.

    That should be 100%.
