Biden has Obama on the brain and thought he was God that’s why he said stand up to a man in a wheelchair. Then realized he was not! Or maybe Joe was hitting the bottle again. What is really funny is all the videos of Joe Biden this year saying he would never be VP and even Endorsed McCain. So Joe is confused right now and knows Obama is not the man for the Job. I am betting that in Joe’s heart and mind he knows that he {Biden} should be President not Obama as he has said in the past!
Actually, I’ve spoken/performed in more than a few venues where I had sparse info (sometimes no info, insufficient or simply downright bad) going in and had to recover from gaffes induced from too little information. Ole Plagiarism Joe didn’t steal this recovery, though; he did a darned good job for a hack politician to recover so slickly.
He’s still a first class scumbag (stealing someone else’s worj and giving no credit, then trying to excuse it is the mark of a creep), but this isn’t something to crow about.

All that senatorial experience, oh my! With all that teeth whitening and hair plugs, he is still the dumbest man in the senate. Can he get a brain transplant at taxpayer expense? Where is Abbey Normal?

Great recover, though. He didn’t even look embarrassed. You got to figure that the man in the wheelchair has been victim to this kind of mistake in the past.
