		<description>If you watch the C-SPAN coverage of her speech, you would occasionally see the teleprompter clearly in view.  Throughout the whole speech, whenever the teleprompter was visable, it matched what she was saying.  The speech was very good, and there is no need to lie about the circumstances.</description>
