re “Degradation of character”, “slandor” (sic): What did Kurtz say that wasn’t true, Mattman? And, if there isn’t anything illegal but it does happen to offend you, would you call up the station asking them not to air it?

It seems to me that WGN would offer rebuttals pro-bono. With its staff, it would be harder to restrain them all from rebutting Kurtz. Why Obama’s staff insists on even MOAR from WGN, I don’t know.

Wow. Because he wants to go against political slander and degredation of character he’s trying to shut out freedom of speech? I mean, he’s not in power to shut out free speech. He and his political team ARE however in power to ATTEMPT to shut out the slandor of a local Obama hater on the radio show by having people call and complain about it. Big whoop.
