Mr. Keith's response is a wonderful example of the left responding to something without bothering to read it. Which, in turn, provides an excellent example of projection. Mr. Keith assumed he knows what the author is thinking and responds accordingly. Unfortunately, the response speaks more to Mr. Keith's biases than it does to what the article actually says. Mr. Keith additionally gives us the response of most on the left to any earnest attempt to study crime: without having read the non-existent information, he critiques it. I suppose you have your answer. No, we cannot discuss certain things, because people like Mr. Keith already know everything, they don't need any additional information. Take your own medicine Mr. Keith and "calm down moron".

Kevin is right. These people are the bastions of "tolerance and diversity". Why should they let McCain speak at their own gradutation? After all "tolerance and diveristy" means they should only have to listen to people they agree with. How could you possibly not know that?

Another question, how are these people going to make "the world a better place" if they are forced to listen to views they don't agree with? Besides, McCain might spoil their "day to celebrate their achievements" by hurting their tender ears with the truth. That would not be very tolerant of you, would it? Sheeeeesh.

They're not trying to prevent McCain from "being heard"; they're trying to prevent themselves from being forced to listen - at their own graduation ceremony.

It's a day to celebrate their achievements. The students are the focus of the ceremony. The faculty are the presenters. And they don't want McCain as a keynote speaker. Why shouldn't they get what they want at their own ceremony? That makes them fascists? Calm down, moron.

And what would happen if you deliberately misused science to paint an entire ethnic group as psychopaths, without reference to the social conditions they live in, the history they arose from, or the consistent violence and harassment they experience from the police? You'd get what you deserve, I hope.

(There is a word, by the way, for people who denigrate entire ethnic groups in order to justify political violence. See if you can figure out what it is.)
