Roger, You've hit on the very issue that I've been harping on for quite a while: "This is our doing. This is not the work of the enemy, or even of the ‘hard left’. This is the result of our combined ignorance, gullibility and complacency."
It is certainly meritable, even when our neighbor doesn't agree with us, or see things as we do, to still employ the 1st Person Plural.
For in time, it will take more than you and I and our fellows to knock this diseased threat of its float.
How we finesse into the necessary dialogue will be very important. We will have the "Adaments" who will be as doctinaire amere reflections of Pharisees or Ayatollahs.
But recovery doesn't always work that way. Without compromising our mission, we might do well to approach our "Landsmen" from the that time period they were first subject to indifference as an art form. It may be High School, or even elementary grades. The element that made it through "Higher Education" will be the more difficult. (US Higher Education baits from me the question; Higher than what?)
But let's not DENY that it will be challenging. It may even be difficult.
But let's DENY it can't be done.

They gave no info as to where it was taken, but you might want to contact them. Good luck.

Where was the photo taken??? I recognize the guy in the front row in the blue shirt kneeling. He was a high school student from a debate team I used to judge here in Chicago. I think he went to Lindblom HS. (or Orr HS?)

He wore the knit beanie cap at tournaments sometimes, but I didn't think he was really Muslim. I thought he was just a militant black separatist (or just a fan of the TV show "OZ". It was the late '90's).

This is a little disturbing to me. He seemed so smart. He still judges at our debate tournaments in Chicago. I don't know what to think about this.
