Well if the question is above his pay grade then the Presidency is definitely above his pay grade. All the more reason by Obama is less than qualified to be President.

You know, the more I listen to Barry’s full comment, the more I think he was trying to make a little joke about it, in order to deflect attention away from his true beliefs in that setting, something that would get a small laugh out of the audience. But, somewhere alone the way, he got too serious, and decided to be his Messianic “We are the ones we have been waiting for” persona. His words are going to come back to haunt him, hopefully, again and again and again.
