Obama’s Dual Citizenship Disaster

Since the story broke late Saturday that Barack Obama’s real Birth Certificate, now in Republican hands, has the name Barry Soetoro and not Barack Obama, as we predicted a couple of weeks ago, I notice that many people are still confused about the implications of dual citizenship for Obama. The matter is somewhat complex, so I’ve decided to try to provide a summary, with the help of resident expert “Judah Benjamin.”
Indonesian Connection
Soetoro is the name on Obama’s Birth Certificate (BC) because a new BC was issued when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, his step-father. His original BC, which we assume was issued for Barack Hussein Obama at birth, would have been sealed at the time of the adoption.
Barry Soetoro probably acquired Indonesian citizenship in approximately 1965-1966, and may still hold it. He possibly changed his legal name back to Barack Hussein Obama as an older child, teenager, or adult, possibly never did – but even if he did, this procedure would not result in a change to the BC. (If he never legally changed his name back, I imagine his current name on the Presidential ballot would be invalid.)
The Birth Certificate published by Obama on his campaign website (still there, by the way) and distributed to the media was forged because the real BC on file is in the name Soetoro, an identity he apparently wanted to hide from the American people. I am getting reports from different sources that Obama traveled to Pakistan in `81 with an Indonesian passport.
Prior to 2007, Indonesian law did not permit dual citizenship. Thus, if Obama actively kept his Indonesian citizenship, his US citizenship could be challenged. I suspect that Obama may have dumped his Indonesian citizenship at some point along the way, to advance his political career. But I would not be shocked if he still holds it. This question, however, should not overshadow the serious problem of hiding his Indonesian identity from the electorate….. What else is he hiding?

Curiosity: Did B. Hussein’s mother, at any time, renounce her US citizenship? Or due to her marriage to either guy have an effect on it?

This is bull. First Obama was born in the US, which makes him a US citizen. Second, he could not get a passport without a certified birth certificate.
With all of Obama’s recent travel, someone would have reported if their was a different name on his passport. Plus someone already breached security and reviewed his passport at the State Department.
Dumb speculation. This is all republican propaganda. Obama is as American as anyone can get. He’s a mixture of cultures and races, everything that signifies Americanism and the values of being an independent person who pursues his own goals and is a self-made man. OBama is an inspiration. Last time I check forging a Birth Certificate is a federal crime.
We know the BC distributed via KOS was forged because the security paper used does not match the security paper used that year in that location.
Apparently you are you trying to say that Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii? That the birth certificate posted on his website is a forgery? That’s quite a claim. Do you have any evidence to share that would back up this assertion?
The fact that the entire MSM has ignored this is astonishing. Sickening. Morally debased. The MSM has officially been replaced by the internet for a lot of people who seek the truth.
Can we please just stick to the fact that this guy wants to take from the producers and give it to whoever; less handling charges of course! In my view corporations and business owners do not pay taxes. They recoup the dollars the government extracts by raising their prices. The fools that buy the products pay the taxes.

First I was born in Panama (aka US Canal Zone)just like McCain – with two American citizen parents. One military. I am a natural born US citizen just like McCain. If BHO (aka BS) was born in Hawaii to a US citizen then he is a citizen. If he traveled on a legitimate Indonesian passport where he was listed as an Indonesian citizen at an age over 18 – that is a real interesting situation as to the reason. I understand the Federal Election Commission was asked about McCain and ruled he was eligible to run. I think folks should approach this as a challege via the Commission rather than all becoming resident experts.
