When P-Diddy and the rest of the rappers stop glorifying violence toward women and some of the so-called black leaders stop defending black thugs (jena 6) maybe the mindset of young black minds might change,
So until then own a gun for self-protection.

I can…sadly…give you a great example of why taking the blindfold off of ms.justice is not a good thing.
when i was 19 i was attacked and almost murdered by a black guy who had done the exact same thing over 10 times in the past.the attack lasted for over 6 hours and the only thing that saved me was the fact that i am really really opposed to croaking, and finally someone walking by had the guts and decency to intervene….and save my life.
what did i do to deserve the attack? i was white, a woman and had a pulse…something the attacker meant to cure.he hated white women most of all and while i could still see and hear…the first hour…all i heard were racial slurs [to put it mildly] and his fixation on hating women.and white people.
and why was he still walking the streets with his past history? it was the 70’s “dude”, and he was a victim. he was black……
i was obviously the oppressor. hmmm….
it only took a year and many surgeries for me to actually have a face once again.and it left me with the gift that keeps on giving…migraines and epilepsy.
but i am alive….and in the end, that’s all that counts.
now ,as the police told me, as the prosecutor told me, if he had been white trash he never would have been on the streets with his past criminal history.
will we never learn the real lesson? that pandering to people’s most base behavior because OF THEIR RACE is the real racism?
that when you tell anyone [by actions] that his rotten violent behavior is okay because being the inferior being he is he can’t help it…that’s the real racism.
and isn’t that what people are saying when they say blacks may have a higher offender rate but, hey, it’s not their fault. really? why not?
what are these apologists really saying…think about it.
i do….alot.

Why, oh why does everything have to be in proportion to their representation in the general population? Everybody is different, everybody has different interests and talents, everybody has different propensities for criminal activity.

Nothing actually follows “representation in the general population.”

If it did, a basketball team would be 50% women, 12.5% black, 13% Hispanic, etc.

True but simplistic. While the ACLU stats help prove your case, I’m sure there are many factors. The interesting question is…why? Do you know of any interesting studies that probe this question in an unbiased way?
