It is a horrendous situation, that anything leading to actual exertion is being banned because of the risk to the financial stability of schools due to legal piranhas. You wonder why kids are obese, this is primary reason, but don't worry, the lawyers are there to sue the fast food joints too. It's all about lawyers and clients treating any injury as a winning lottery ticket, and insurance companies turning a simple matter into a giant labyrinth from which only other lawyers can save you.
