The large numbers of black men in prison today is the result of the black community fawning over the gangsters as if they were gods. When a community holds up the worst elements of their society as role-models for their youngsters, you have more crime in your community and more of your youngsters will end up in jail. This behavior is racism on the part of the black community towards their own people. They ARE arrested/investigated. What happens in the legal system that follows is a separate issue, and points more to the issue of classism (rich, famous people getting favorable treatment or being able to hire more competent legal representation).
