The ACLU hanyaks who filed this suit probably don't think twice about loudly sharing their cell phone conversations with everyone around them at the grocery store or post office. We've all heard idiots openly, and annoyingly, discussing the most intimate details of their personal lives with their cell-phone buddies. As far as I’m concerned, if “public privacy” ever existed in the past it died once cell phones became cheap and plentiful.
