As our laws state: NO DISCRIMINATION, then the government MAY NOT BY LAW say that citizens of the SAME GENDER MAY NOT MARRY NOR HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS AS THOSE OF OPPOSITE GENDERS! DISALLOWING so-called 'same sex' marriage is BY DEFINITION, UNCONSTITUTIONAL! And I only have a BA!
